Refund policy

1. Early Returns
If you wish to return your equipment earlier than your scheduled return date, you must notify our team as soon as possible.
To qualify for a refund:
Equipment must be returned by 6:00 p.m. the evening BEFORE the day you are requesting a refund for.
If the equipment is returned after 6:00 p.m., the following day cannot be refunded.
Same-day refunds are not available.
Refunds are not issued for unused days within your rental period, except when the equipment is returned following the guidelines above.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery at no charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a charge equal to:
One full-day rental per person,
Plus applicable taxes.
Exceptions
We understand winter travel can be unpredictable.
If your flight is delayed, canceled, or something outside your control affects your arrival, please contact our team—we will always do our best to accommodate your situation.
3. No Refunds for Weather Conditions
Refunds are not provided due to:
Poor weather,
Visibility issues,
Lift closures, or
Personal schedule changes not related to equipment malfunction.
4. Equipment Issues
If your equipment is not functioning properly:
Contact us immediately.
We will repair or replace the item promptly at no extra cost.
Refunds may be issued only if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
Credit or debit cards typically take 3–10 business days depending on the bank.
E-transfers will be refunded via e-transfer.
Cash payments are refunded in cash at time of pick-up or as arranged with our team.
Processing fees charged by your bank or payment provider are non-refundable.
