These Conditions of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations that apply when renting equipment or receiving services from Alpine Ski Delivery by AG Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

A valid contact number must be provided so our team can coordinate delivery and pick-up.
Failure to be present at the agreed time may result in delays or additional fees.
3. Equipment Use Requirements
Customers agree to:
Use equipment only for its intended purpose (skiing or snowboarding).
Follow all safety instructions provided by our team.
Not modify, alter, or repair equipment themselves.
Return equipment in reasonable condition, accounting for normal wear and tear.

Charges will be based on full replacement cost or repair cost, depending on the situation.

5. Safety & Intoxication Policy
To ensure customer safety:
Equipment may not be used while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.
If our staff reasonably believes a customer is impaired, we may refuse delivery, terminate the rental, or decline service without refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all users of the equipment are capable, physically fit, and not impaired.
6. Waiver Requirement
All renters must sign our Liability Waiver & Equipment Use Agreement before receiving equipment.
Customers under 19 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver.
Rentals cannot proceed without a completed waiver.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
A 2.9% processing fee applies to card transactions.
Customers agree to all charges associated with their rental, including late fees, repair costs, or replacement fees when applicable.
Full payment policies are outlined in our Payment Policy.

Cancellations, refunds, and early returns are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers are expected to review and accept the Refund Policy before booking.

Replacement charges will apply.
If equipment is recovered in usable condition, the charge may be adjusted at our discretion.
